Job Details:

• Home health physical therapy position serving adults to geriatrics patient population
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Must be willing to travel as agency covers 4 counties
• Required certifications: BLS
• Must have experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) charting system
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• No weekend coverage required
• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Holiday work required: If one major holiday falls during assignment period, traveler must work it; if two major holidays fall during assignment, traveler must work both; if three major holidays fall during assignment, traveler must work two
• Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Full compliance required to start on time; non-compliance results in 2-week pushback due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Clinical screening required to determine clinical fit
• 80 hours of orientation
