Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• 1 year of experience required
• Level III NICU experience preferred
• Pediatric/nursery experience preferred
• Will accept CRT certification
• Epic charting system experience strongly preferred
• Basic critical care experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, RRT
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Patient ratio of 7:1 during days and nights
• No floating or call requirements
• Weekend coverage required
• Self-scheduling system
• One pre-approved time off period allowed
• Skills include adult critical care, emergency department procedures, intubation assist, airway management, ventilator care, and tracheostomy management
• Work with patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adults
• Provide respiratory services and participate in rapid response teams
• Experience with ICU and ER procedures are top requirements
• Must complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard documentation due 3 business days prior to start date
• Modules completed during orientation (average 2-3 hours)
