Ultrasound Technologist Job in Morehead City, NC

Carteret Health Care is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Morehead City, North Carolina. This role offers day shifts with predictable scheduling and no on-call duties.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,480
• Facility: Carteret Health Care

Responsibilities

You will perform ultrasound examinations in Radiology and Cardiology departments. You may float within the hospital as needed within your scope of practice. This role does not include on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
• Current ARDMS or ARRT certification required
• Breast Sonography Specialty Certification required
• Valid State or Compact License required
• Two professional references from supervisory staff, dated within the past two years
