Certified Surgical Technologist Job in Midland, TX

Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the Surgical Services team. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 16, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work three 12-hour shifts with rotating days off and on-call responsibilities. Blocked days off cannot be guaranteed. You should expect to work some holidays during your assignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Current certification: NBSTSA or NCCT
• BLS certification
• Demonstrated travel healthcare experience
• Proficiency in aseptic technique, fire safety, and isolation precautions

Clinical Experience

You must have direct experience in General, Neuro, Ortho, and Trauma surgical cases. You will work with a wide range of procedures including laparoscopic, robotic, orthopedic, neurological, trauma, gynecological, and ENT cases. Experience with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and Mako Surgical System is preferred. ENT and Plastics experience is preferred.

You will care for patients across all age groups—adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Cerner charting experience is preferred.
