ED RN Job in Fairfax, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Allendale County Hospital in Fairfax, SC. This is a 91-day travel position beginning July 13, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week, totaling 36 hours of guaranteed hours. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotation with no block scheduling. This role offers you the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced emergency setting while maintaining flexibility in your weekly schedule.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 3 shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• No block scheduling

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,246.94.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Dysrhythmia Testing required

Orientation

Orientation may include a medical-surgical component conducted on day shift with preceptors to support your transition into the ED environment.
