Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Morgan City, LA

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting at Ochsner Saint Mary in Morgan City, Louisiana. This is a travel position with a 91-day assignment beginning July 20, 2026.

Role Overview

You'll provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic and geriatric patients. Your typical day involves 8–12 patient visits within a census of approximately 25 patients daily, shared across 2.5 therapists on staff. You'll work a standard 5-day week on day shifts (8-hour shifts).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy specialty (new graduates are not accepted)
• Valid Louisiana State License or compact license—must be in hand at time of application
• Current BLS certification
• First-time travelers are welcome

Expectations

This assignment requires you to reside more than 65 miles from the facility address; local travelers are not accepted. The facility maintains a strict no call-in policy. Any requested time off must be noted on your profile and discussed during your interview.

Compensation

You'll receive $2,414 per week for this assignment.
