Telemetry RN Job in Akron, Ohio

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Akron Campus in Akron, Ohio. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 19, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Telemetry
• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Weekly pay: $2,264.40
• Float assignment required across unit

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Accredited nursing degree (ACEN or CCNE accredited program)
• Minimum 2+ years recent RN experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• Demonstrated EPIC electronic health record usage within the last 12 months
• Resume must document recent EPIC experience

Assignment Parameters

• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application, maximum 7 days for the 91-day assignment
• No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of assignment
• Block schedules considered on a case-by-case basis
• Solid black scrubs required

Responsibilities

You will provide direct medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care to assigned patients. You will work with the EPIC electronic health record system and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, quality patient care.

This position requires you to be flexible and adaptable, as float assignments may place you across different areas of the unit based on patient census and acuity. Your experience in both med-surg and telemetry nursing will be essential to success in this role.
