PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work in a combined Medical Surgical Unit and Progressive Care Unit with both MSU and PCU status patients
• Patient ratios: 1:4 for Progressive Care Unit patients, 1:5 for Medical/Surgical patients
• Every other weekend (EOW) schedule required
• First to float to Telemetry and Medical Surgical units
• Up to 2 extra shifts required per 6 weeks
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Must have active nursing license to submit
• BSN degree not required
• Charting system: EPIC
• Acute care setting
• Trauma Level 3 facility
• Client can provide 2-week notice and call off up to 48 hours per 13 weeks cancellation policy
