CVOR RN Job in Corvallis, OR

Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Vascular Operating Room (CVOR). This is a rotating shift position with a contract duration of 91 days, beginning May 28, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,628.

Role Overview

You will provide cardiac care to surgical and procedural sedation patients across the patient population, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients. You will collaborate with various provider specialties to support patients being discharged same day or admitted to the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the cardiac surgical operating room environment
• Work with multidisciplinary teams in perioperative settings
• Support same-day discharge and inpatient admission processes

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• Minimum one year experience as a Circulating Nurse in the OR or completion of an approved didactic pre-operative nursing class
• Two years experience in ICU/PCU and/or medical/surgical acute care setting

Preferred Qualifications

• One year CVOR/Open Heart experience
• ICU experience
• Scrubbing experience
