OR Registered Nurse Job in Antigo, WI

Aspirus Langlade Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This 13-week contract assignment begins June 29, 2026, offering day shifts with stability and clear expectations.

Schedule & Compensation

• 5x8 hour day shifts with 32 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,783.20
• On-call requirements: every 4th weekend, 1-2 weekdays, and holiday rotation
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours with 2-hour call back minimum

Role Details

You will work across 3 operating rooms and 1 GI procedure room, supporting a variety of surgical cases. Required clinical skills include Ortho, General Surgery, GI, pain management, and OB/GYN procedures. Cataract experience is a bonus but not required. You will perform scrub duties, manage downtime tasks as needed, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Requirements

• Wisconsin or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Minimum 2+ years of OR experience
• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Location & Facility

You will be based at Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, Wisconsin, but should be willing to float to multiple facilities including Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Medford. The facility provides scrub colors and uses the Epic charting system.
