OT - Therapy Rehab Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work 5 x 8-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs for patients with disabilities or developmental delays
• Help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills to promote general independence
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Weekend patient ratio of 1:1
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) - must be AHA certified
• California OT license required at time of submission
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• 2 years of recent relevant acute care experience required
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Must complete non-billable orientation modules (1-5 hours average) through e-learning
• 50-mile travel requirement from facility location
