ED RN Job in Granbury, TX

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department on a travel assignment. You will work the night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, for a 91-day contract beginning July 13, 2026.

Role Details

• Work in a 10-room, 19 bed/chair emergency department
• Manage a patient ratio of 3 or 4 patients to 1 nurse
• Handle trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases
• No call responsibilities
• No floating to other units
• No 48-hour shifts

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Care (ENPC) certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Travel experience preferred
• Titers must be submitted at time of application
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility

Work Environment

• Electronic medical records system: MEDHOST
• Royal blue scrubs required

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,839.60
