RN - Bone Marrow Oncology

Job Details:

• 13-week contract position with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Located on the 6th floor in the Cell Therapy Transplant unit with 24 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4
• Oncology experience required
• Full ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate (15.25 contact hours) required - fundamental certificate (9 contact hours) is not accepted
• TCT (T-Cell Therapy) experience required
• BMT experience preferred
• CAR-T experience preferred
• Perform chemotherapy/biotherapy treatment and blood product administration
• Perform frequent lab draws and cell transplant procedures
• Work with Alaris pumps and Meditech EMR system
• Navy scrub color required
• No artificial or gel nails permitted; masks required in all patient care areas
• Detail-oriented team player personality a strong fit for this unit
