51101 - Travel: RN - Emergency Room-NIGHTS

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ED ER</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM<br>• Rotating weekend requirement up to 2 per 4-week schedule<br>• No scheduled on-call requirement, but may be placed on call if unit or hospital has low census<br>• Floating requirement when census or acuity is low, staff will be floated as helping hands<br>• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served<br>• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner<br>• Must handle emergency/crisis situations and work in stressful professional relationships<br>• Requires heavy physical effort to position, push and/or transfer patients or equipment<br>• Must have current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served<br>• Communicate in clear, concise manner appropriate to developmental age of patient<br>• Required certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), TNCC or ATCN<br>• CPI or equivalent preferred<br>• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing required<br>• Subject to bloodborne pathogen exposure and infectious diseases<br>• Must have manual dexterity, fine motor coordination, and visual/hearing acuity within normal limits</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This regional medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare facility providing emergency and acute care services to the community.
