SLP - SLP Outpatient

Job Details:

• Provide speech-language pathology services for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
• Work in outpatient setting with daily census of 6-8 patients
• Patient ratio of 1:1 during treatment sessions
• Must have experience with pediatrics to geriatrics and modified barium swallow studies
• Required to conduct modified barium swallow studies and interpret results
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, with 2 years in service line preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, current CPR certification
• Preferred certifications: FEES, Vital stim, MBS
• Must have Texas Speech Language Pathology license or be eligible for licensure
• Charting system experience required, Altera experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must complete orientation modules averaging 6-8 hours
• Required to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Facility conducts mandatory drug screen upon arrival including marijuana testing
• Must be available to start within the next 3-5 weeks
