Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts as needed, including up to 1 weekend shift (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday OR Sunday) per month
• Up to 4 call shifts (end of shift to 7:00 AM) per month required
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and between like units/sister facilities
• 2 years of experience required
• Experience highly preferred in Neuro (spines/cranial), ENT (flaps), and Robotics (DaVinci Xi) cases
• Handle common cases including Ortho (total joints, spine, trauma), Neuro (cranial, spine), ENT (flaps), Robotics, Transplants/Procurements, Trauma/Burns, GU/GYN
• Required certifications: NBSTSA (NCCT not accepted), BLS
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Must work in all surgical specialties within the Main OR
• Scrubs provided by facility
• EPIC charting system
• Parking permit required through parking management office ($20 registration fee for hang tag)
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks as guaranteed hours allowance
• First-time travelers accepted
• Block schedule requests require manager approval based on unit needs
