Occupational Therapist Job in Jerome, ID

St Lukes Jerome Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,803.20
• You will treat 8–10 patients daily as the primary therapist on duty
• Cover acute inpatient and swing bed units
• Float between Jerome and Magic Valley Medical Center as census requires

Patient Population

You will work with patients presenting orthopedic total joints, neurological strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical, and general ICU cases.

Requirements

• Current occupational therapy license
• Minimum 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings
• BLS certification required
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Operational Notes

• EPIC electronic medical record system in use
• Scrubs permitted; colors must not match other departments
• Department-specific orientation: 2–3 days
• Four-shift cancellation limit applies per 13-week assignment
• Coverage of holidays may be required
