Pediatric Surgery OR RN Job in Atlanta, GA

Arthur M. Blank Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Operating Room in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning August 17, 2026, with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule covering weekdays and weekends.

Role Overview

You will work as part of the surgical team in a pediatric OR environment, supporting surgical cases across multiple specialties. Your responsibilities include assisting with patient care, instrument management, and maintaining a safe surgical environment. Charge experience and the ability to scrub are preferred qualifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
• Charge experience required
• OR experience in Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eyes
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• EMR experience with EPIC
• Documented travel nursing experience on resume
• Skills checklist matching specialty required
• Pediatric OR experience preferred
• Ability to scrub preferred but not required

Important Note

Office surgery experience does not qualify as acceptable OR experience for this position. You must have hospital-based operating room background.

Compensation & Schedule

You will earn $2,457.18 weekly. Shifts vary between 8, 10, or 12 hours with a rotating schedule that includes weekends. The assignment runs for 89 days.
