CT Technologist Job in Atlantis, FL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, FL. This is a full-time position working Thursday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (3x12 day shifts). Weekly pay is $2,233.80.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans, MRI procedures, body scanner studies, and X-ray imaging
• Operate GE imaging equipment including scanners, cameras, and fluoroscopy machines
• Create high-quality diagnostic images of bones, organs, and tissues for radiologist interpretation
• Manage patient care with ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient stability
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and clinical staff in a 14-member radiology department
• Document findings and procedures using the Meditech electronic medical record system
• Respond to on-call requirements of 4–6 shifts per month on off-days

Staffing and Support:

Day shifts include a director, radiologist, and 6–7 technicians. Night shifts operate with a charge RN, on-call team, and 3–4 technicians (varying by volume). You will work alongside radiologists, radiologist technicians, ultrasound technicians, and MRI technicians.

Requirements:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Florida State Department of Health License
• Strong communication, medical, and anatomical knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task
• Experience with GE equipment and Meditech systems strongly preferred
• Provide your own black scrubs
