Job Details:

• Work in a 14-bed operating room with 1:1 patient ratio
• Minimum 24 months of operating room experience required
• Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics required
• Proficient experience in orthopedic procedures including total joints
• Proficient experience in general surgery required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Travel experience within the previous 15 months required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Work with advanced robotic equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless unit is closed
• 16-hour need-based overtime available
• Billable overtime after 40 hours per week for 36-40 hour positions, after 48 hours for 48 hour positions
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• Iowa nursing license required (compact/multistate accepted)
• Clinical interview pre-screening required with 405 area code
• Orientation dates available: 5/26, 6/1
