CT Technologist Job in Gilbertsville, PA

LVH - Gilbertsville - Diagnostic is seeking a CT Technologist for a daytime hybrid position. You will work 5x8 shifts with weekend coverage required, including overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 3, 2026, at $2,764.80 per week.

Role Overview

You will provide CT imaging services across all age groups, from neonates through geriatric patients. You will manage a patient ratio of 2 during day, night, and weekend shifts, working alongside 1 additional technologist and 1 tech aide during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, and soft tissue neck imaging
• Execute 3D rendering techniques such as maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Conduct multiplanar reconstruction and vascular chest imaging for pulmonary embolism, CTA, and aorta studies
• Perform cardiac imaging including calcium scoring and coronary angiography
• Complete carotid imaging and musculoskeletal trauma studies
• Prepare and administer contrast media with proper radiation safety protocols
• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture
• Manage PACS systems and complete charting using Epic
• Apply isolation precautions and PPE appropriately
• Perform region of interest measurements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Travel experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Current ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS certifications
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Valid state license or certification at time of submission
• Valid references and copies of certifications required
