Interventional Radiology Technologist

Opportunity:

Rad Tech - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4 10-hour shifts per week with call requirements
• Assigned to the Angiography/IR Interventional Labs in the Heart and Vascular Tower
• Work in a 3-lab setting with 2 dedicated IR labs and 1 Hybrid OR
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Work as part of a 3-4 person team (2 Techs, 2 RNs - ideal staffing) alongside Lead Tech, RN, ARRT/RTR, and RCIS
• Utilize equipment including IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream
• Document using EPIC Cupid system
• Perform procedures including Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, and Trauma cases
• Critical care GTT management and Angio/IR experience including stroke and trauma care required
• ICU/ER experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Dress code: Navy blue and black for Techs
