Respiratory Therapist Job in Charleston, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join MUSC Health Charleston for a 91-day assignment beginning May 11, 2026. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM in adult critical care settings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult critical care patients in ICU and step-down settings
• Work with the same policies and equipment; may float to Main Hospital adult population
• No floating to sister facilities required
• Holiday coverage required
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years critical care experience required
• NBRC RRT certification (CRT candidates will be considered)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• South Carolina RCP license must be in hand at start date
• First-time travelers not accepted

Additional Details

• Chart using Epic system
• Required to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Parking pass available for $20 one-time payment (nights and weekends only)
• Must be aware of hurricane season emergency response team assignments from June through November

Compensation

Weekly pay: $1,684.80
