Cath Lab Technologist Job in Omaha, NE

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at CHI Health Immanuel in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning April 27, 2026, with four 10-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM).

Your Role

You'll provide intra-procedural support in a versatile interventional radiology and cardiac cath lab environment. Your responsibilities include circulating, managing supplies, administering medications, and assisting with sedation during procedures. You'll handle 4–5 cases daily across 3 suites/labs, treating patients with conditions such as compression fractures, venous access issues, hydronephrosis, chest pain, pulmonary hypertension, shortness of breath, gastric ulcers, pulmonary embolism, and deep vein thrombosis.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hospital-setting cardiac cath or IR experience
• Current certifications: RCIS, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT
• Valid driver's license at time of submittal
• Ability to live within a 50-mile radius, centrally located between three campuses

On-Call and Schedule Details

Beyond your four day shifts, you'll maintain on-call responsibilities covering three campuses after hours and weekends with a 30-minute response time. You must complete a minimum of 10 shifts per week, with at least 2 weekends required (1 IR and 1 cardiac). You'll float daily and on-call as needed between all three campuses. One week of orientation is included, featuring on-call buddy call training.

Work Environment

You'll work with Siemens equipment and use EPIC/Apollo cardiac charting systems. Dress code is surgical greens. Artificial nails are prohibited; refusal to remove them will result in contract termination.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $3,124.40 for this 91-day assignment. Holiday and call requirements apply.
