Cath Lab Technologist Job in Bristol, Tennessee

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Bristol Regional Medical Center, supporting adult patients in a cardiac catheterization laboratory. This position offers 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an expected weekly pay of $2,880 for a 91-day assignment starting May 24, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily census of approximately 10 patients with 10 visits per day across 3 catheterization labs with 8 holding beds
• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and vascular closure systems
• Maintain hemodynamic monitoring, fluoroscopy equipment, and sterile field protocols
• Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and operation
• Float to JMH when needed
• Respond to call requirements of 12–14 shifts per 6 weeks (average 10 days in 6 weeks)
• Work rotating holidays as scheduled

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current RCIS, BLS/ACLS, and AHA certifications
• Minimum 5 years of Cath Lab experience; first-time travelers not accepted
• Previous charge experience required
• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization lab experience mandatory
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current flu vaccine (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Must live within 100 miles of facility
• Facial hair must be trimmed or removed per CDC fit-testing guidelines

Orientation and Onboarding

You will complete 40 hours of orientation including 4–5 hours of non-billable modules. A drug test must be completed 12–14 days prior to your start date. Allied Health Professional degree required.
