Physical Therapist Job in Fraser, CO

Middle Park Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Fraser, Colorado. This is a day-shift position offering the opportunity to work in a mountain healthcare setting serving both the local community and visitors.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week with rotating weekend call responsibilities
• Duration: 182 days, starting August 3, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,394.40

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services for orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Manage both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation cases
• Work with patients recovering from orthopedic and sports-related conditions

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist degree and valid licensure
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, and general rehabilitation
• Some inpatient experience required
