Ultrasound Technologist Job in Big Spring, TX

Shannon Medical Center - Big Spring is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work 5x8 day shifts with an on-call rotation Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating one week on and one week off.

Your Role:

• Perform ultrasound imaging across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings
• Cover abdominal, obstetric, vascular, and pediatric imaging
• Support trauma Level I and Level II cases
• Operate portable ultrasound equipment
• Document findings in Epic charting system and PACS
• Work with patient populations ranging from infants to geriatric patients

What You'll Need:

• 1 year of ultrasound experience required
• Current certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARDMS RVT, ARRT S, and BLS
• Epic and PACS system experience required
• Proficiency in portable ultrasound operations
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• Prior travel assignment experience highly preferred

You'll have access to interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.
