• Floating policy applies where needed
• Patient ratio of 1:40
• Business attire required as dress code
• Documentation systems used: Cerner, NATE, and Ensocare (post-acute systems)
• Work collaboratively with RN Case Managers across all units
• Strong documentation skills required
• Effective communication skills required
• Must demonstrate ability to shift attention between tasks
• Must be able to build trust with team, patients, and families
• Supportive leadership and great teamwork environment
