Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll work as an RN on a 30-bed medical/surgical unit at Cleveland Medical Center that specializes in solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting October 5, 2026, with a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week at $2,187.90 weekly.

Your Unit

The unit serves a diverse patient population including pre-operative and post-operative solid organ transplant patients (kidney, liver, and pancreas), post-operative bariatric surgery patients, and general medical/surgical patients. The unit includes 12 available step-down (SDU) beds that are not dedicated or reserved. Depending on unit census and patient assignments, you may be required to care for SDU patients alongside med/surg patients.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a telemetry-monitored medical/surgical unit
• Manage pre- and post-operative transplant patients requiring specialized monitoring
• Care for post-bariatric surgery patients and general med/surg census
• Perform intermittent charge nurse responsibilities as needed
• Participate in charge nurse training and shadowing opportunities

Schedule Details

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Every other holiday (EOH) required
