Cath Lab Technologist Job in Gainesville, FL

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, FL, supporting a high-volume cardiac catheterization lab. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 30, 2026.

Your Role

You'll perform essential technical duties in the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab, including device implants, cardiac ablations, SVT procedures, Afib interventions, and Watchman LAAO procedures. You'll work alongside 2 RNs and 3 CVTs, operating GE Innova X-ray systems, Merge imaging software, and GE MacLab Hemo System. Patient documentation occurs within the Meditech system.

Schedule & Environment

• Shift: 3 days per week, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• No weekend shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Hospital-provided scrubs

Requirements

• Current RCIS or RT(R)(CV) certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience with device implants and cardiac ablations

Compensation

You'll earn $2,159 weekly as an Allied Health Professional travel assignment.
