Cath Lab Technologist Job in Orange Park, FL

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join its cardiac catheterization lab team. You will work 4 ten-hour shifts per week on a schedule that rotates every other weekend and holidays in alignment with hospital staff. An on-call rotation of approximately 15–18 days per month is required, with coverage distributed across two call teams.

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in cardiac catheterization
• Required certifications: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R); ACLS and BLS
• Scrub and assist with left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), STEMI interventions, stroke procedures, carotid stenting, and peripheral diagnostic and intervention cases
• Monitor patients during procedures and float to prep and recovery areas as needed
• Work with advanced equipment including GE Innova systems, optical coherence tomography (OCT), Boston IVUS, Impella support devices, intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), rotational atherectomy (RotoPro), CSI technology, and Penumbra systems
• Document procedures using MacLab and Meditech EMR systems
• Collaborate daily with 5–10 physicians and a dedicated charge nurse to coordinate lab flow

The cardiac catheterization lab features newer procedure rooms equipped with modern technology. Ceil blue scrubs are provided.
