Cath Lab Technologist Job in Miami, FL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist in the cardiac catheterization laboratory at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami. This is a 91-day travel assignment running 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a start date of October 26, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,630.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterizations, coronary angiograms, stenting, balloon procedures, and related interventional cardiology cases
• Assist with ENT lab procedures as needed
• Provide surgical scrubbing support in a 4-room cardiac cath lab
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio during day shift operations
• Work within a day shift team that includes a director, manager, and minimum of 3 staff members per room
• Document patient information and procedure details using Meditech and MacLab systems
• Operate GE equipment across all cath lab rooms

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Neuro experience required
• Allied Health Professional credential

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital operates a modern cardiac cath lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The facility provides surgical scrubs for all staff. Day shift staffing is robust; night shift operates as an on-call team with 4 staff members dedicated to STEMI call coverage. You may be called upon for up to 15 days of on-call duty during critical periods.
