Cath Lab Technologist Job in Portland, OR

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Oregon, serving adult and geriatric patients in a brand new 7-room cardiac catheterization laboratory. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

Schedule and Compensation

• 4x10 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call required: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3–4 weeks
• Weekly pay: $3,390
• Scrubs provided; free parking available in unrestricted spaces
• Dedicated private call rooms and shower available for Cath Lab staff

Your Role

You will perform as a scrub technologist and first assistant to the operator in complex cardiac interventions. You will handle advanced equipment including OCT, IVUS, Rotablator, Shockwave, drug-coated balloons, and CTO equipment. Your responsibilities include insertion of Impella CP, RP, 5.5, IABP, manifold setup, balloon and stent preparation and deployment, and pericardiocentesis. You will work with Philips Azurion systems and use the Epic charting system. Floating within the site and across the system as requested is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
• Scrub experience required; experience in both Cath Lab and Angio preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ARRT-R certification
• OBMI certification (Oregon state license)
• Active Oregon state license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting

Low census mandatory cancellation policy: you may be cancelled one shift per two-week pay period with 1.5 hours' notice before shift start.
