Medical Technologist Job in Canton, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Technologist for a travel assignment at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, GA. This is a full-time position running for 89 days, with a start date of August 16, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 3 days per week, 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Weekly pay: $1,700

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in your specialty
• Current ASCP certification (acceptable certifying agencies: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS)
• Medical Lab Technologist or Medical Lab Scientist credentials accepted
• Must be willing to relocate; candidates within 50 miles of Canton, GA are not eligible

About the Role

You will perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis in a fast-paced hospital setting. Your work supports diagnostic and patient care decisions across the facility. You'll collaborate with laboratory teams and clinical staff to ensure accurate, timely results while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
