Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Michigan City, IN

Franciscan Health Michigan City is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Cath Lab. You will work Monday through Friday day shifts with variable start times of 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM, rotated equally among staff. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting August 24, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 9-hour shifts with 1 rotating day off per week
• 40 guaranteed hours per week (4 nine-hour shifts)
• On-call required on weekends with 8–10 call shifts per 4-week schedule
• Weekly pay: $2,911

Role Details

• 1:1 patient ratio
• Support cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology patients
• Work with equipment including Xper, Philips, Balloon Pump, and Impella
• EMR system: Epic Cupid
• Light blue surgical scrubs (hospital issued)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• EKG test required for consideration
• Sedation and circulation competency required
• Recording competency preferred

Dress Code

• Required: Light blue surgical scrubs (hospital issued)
• Unacceptable: T-shirts other than white or gray
