ED RN Job in Omaha, NE

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the 27-bed Emergency Department at CHI Health Immanuel in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 31, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• Work 3 shifts per week on a 12-hour night schedule
• Multiple shift time options available: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, or 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Self-scheduling is available, though shifts are not guaranteed until the schedule is finalized
• Weekend requirement: every third weekend with Friday and Saturday nights
• Rotating holiday requirements apply
• No floating to other units

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,384.64

Clinical Environment

• Level 2 trauma care setting
• Treat patients of all ages
• Phlebotomy available for lab draws
• Nurse aides, EMTs, and paramedics support each shift
• Electronic health record system: EPIC

Requirements and Credentials

• Current RN license
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Valid driver's license required at time of application submittal
• BSN not required
• Pass/fail open book exam during orientation with minimum passing score of 90%
• Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments
