Job Details:

• Day/Evening/Night rotation schedule with holiday, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities per unit needs
• Work in a brand new state-of-the-art 12-bed Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit focused on critically ill neurological patients
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients with diagnoses including traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurological pathologies
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in ICU acute care setting required
• Telemetry experience required
• Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Must maintain current knowledge of critical care practices
• New York State RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), ACLS (American Heart Association only), and NIHSS
