CT Technologist Job in Orangeburg, SC

MUSC Health Orangeburg is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology and Cardiology departments. You will perform high-quality CT examinations across inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and scheduled interventional cases, serving patient populations from newborn through geriatrics.

Schedule and Duration

• Monday through Thursday, 4x10 shifts from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• On-call rotation required Friday through Sunday (Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 6:00 AM), occurring approximately every 4–5 weeks
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 91-day travel assignment beginning August 25, 2026

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations following established protocols
• Start IVs and administer contrast
• Assist with biopsies and interventional procedures
• Operate PACS system and chart in Epic
• No floating between service lines or sister facilities required

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• ARRT registration in CT
• SCRQSA (South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association) registration
• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology or completion of a student clinical rotation with ARRT certification
• Valid South Carolina state license required at time of start
