Operating Room RN Job in Atlanta, GA

Northside Hospital Atlanta is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a travel position offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment while gaining valuable experience across multiple cases and specialties.

Position Details

• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
• Shift times: 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: November 9, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,450

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Willingness to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day)
• Willingness to work 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Must be located outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

You will work alongside an experienced surgical team, assisting with patient preparation, instrument management, and post-operative care. Your role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and safety of the operating suite. This assignment provides excellent exposure to various surgical procedures and the chance to refine your OR nursing skills in a supportive clinical setting.
