Occupational Therapist Job in Cumming, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming, Georgia. This is an 89-day contract starting July 20, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 days)
• Weekly pay: $2,389.73
• Facility: Northside Hospital Forsyth
• Duration: 89 days

You will provide occupational therapy services to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence. Your responsibilities will include patient evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and documentation in accordance with facility protocols and clinical standards.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist credential (Therapy degree)
• Valid state licensure or certification as required
• Ability to work a consistent daytime schedule

Assignment Details

This assignment is designed for travel healthcare professionals seeking contract work. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Cumming area for the duration of the assignment. Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered for this position.
