Physical Therapist Job in Avondale, AZ

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting in Avondale, Arizona. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 14, 2026.

Role and Schedule

• Day shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (40 hours guaranteed weekly)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required

• Weekly pay: $2,628
• Assignment length: 91 days

Licensing and Credentials

• Active state license required
• If you hold a compact license, you must obtain a permanent Arizona license quickly upon starting

• Location: West AZ Litchfield Park facility on N Dysart Rd
• Parking provided (details will be given on your first day)
• Equipment details will be provided during your interview
• Dress code information will be provided on your first day

Offboarding

• 30-day notice required at the end of your assignment
