Schedule and Compensation

• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days (5x8)
• 40 guaranteed work weeks with pay

• Active Arizona permanent license required; compact license may be used to begin, but permanent license must be obtained immediately
• Experience in the physical therapy setting required
• No on-call responsibilities
