CVOR RN Job in Lawrenceville, GA

Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Surgical Operating Room (CVOR). This is a travel position offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment while supporting critical cardiac surgical cases.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4x10 days)
• Location: Lawrenceville, GA
• Assignment duration: 89 days
• Start date: October 26, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,760

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• Cardiac surgical experience required
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• Certification in Surgical Technology—NBSTA or NCCT (preferred)

What to Expect

• 6 days of call per month
• No block scheduling
• Commitment to work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Commitment to work 1 minor holiday: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve

This role is ideal for an experienced CVOR nurse seeking a focused travel assignment. You will bring your surgical expertise to a respected facility while enjoying a structured weekday schedule. Candidates must be willing to relocate; local candidates within 50 miles are not considered.
