Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech X-ray

Job Details:

• 8-hour shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with possible consideration of 4 ten-hour shifts on a case-by-case basis
• Tuesday starts, every other weekend (EOW)
• Rotating call required, typically one weekend per month
• Call schedule begins Friday night, includes a 24-hour shift on Saturday, and back-up call on Sunday
• Will be taking call for both X-Ray and CT areas
• Perform CT imaging using a 40-slice CT scanner with dual head Bayer/MedRad injector, approximately 150 scans per month
• Perform X-Ray services for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients using 2 rooms and one portable unit
• Majority of caseload is outpatient and orthopedic
• MRI services also supported with Bayer/MedRad injector, approximately 80 scans per month
• Siemens equipment utilized for imaging
• Meditech Expanse computer charting system used
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in X-Ray and CT required
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required, must be issued through the American Heart Association
• Reliable personal transportation required as rideshare services are not available in the area
