ICU RN Job in Lebanon, NH

D-H Medical Center is seeking an RN for a 10-bed Neurological Critical Care Unit in Lebanon, NH. This is a travel position running 89 days, starting September 28, 2026. You will work 3x12 rotating shifts (36 hours per week) at $2,561 weekly pay.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide direct patient care in a Primary Stroke Center managing ischemic strokes, including thrombectomy and TPA administration
• Care for patients with hemorrhagic strokes and manage emergency interventions
• Support neurosurgery patients recovering from tumor resections and brain and spine abscess procedures
• Manage neuro-medical patients with diagnoses including meningitis, encephalitis, and neuromuscular disorders
• Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and interpret PA lines and waveforms
• Monitor and manage intracranial pressure (ICP) using various monitoring devices
• Care for ventilated patients and manage ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and external ventricular drains (EVDs)
• Administer pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications
• Assist with central line insertion and maintain all lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients

Required credentials: Current RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification.
