Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule with rotating call 7 days a week at Main Campus; BBMP campus hours are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Main Campus hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Weekend requirement is call only
• Holiday requirement is call only
• Rotating between BBMP Nuclear Med and Main Campus Nuclear Med Departments with other full-time CTMs
• Float required between General Nuclear Medicine and Cardiology service lines
• Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 3 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N), SCQRSA (State License) in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography
• ARRT (CT) preferred but not required
• B.S. or B.A. degree preferred
• Required experience includes: Bone scans (whole body and 3 phase), HIDA scans, GI Bleed, Lymphoscintigraphy, Parathyroid imaging, Thyroid uptake, Renal scans with Lasix, Lung scans, MUGA scans, WBC infection imaging, and MPI stress tests
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Scrub color: Teal top, Black bottom
• Charting system: Epic
• Patients served are adults
