ICU Float Pool RN Job in Asheville, NC

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in a float pool position covering intensive care units at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a contract role created to backfill for a departing contractor, offering you the opportunity to gain broad ICU experience across multiple units while supporting a busy healthcare facility.

• Float pool assignment covering ICU units
• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• One open contract position available

What You'll Do

As an ICU float pool nurse, you'll provide direct patient care across designated intensive care units, assisting with patient monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and family communication. Your flexibility and clinical skills will be essential as you adapt to different unit environments and patient populations while maintaining continuity of care and adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Requirements
