ICU Float Pool RN Job in Asheville, NC

You'll join Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC as an RN in the ICU Float Pool, providing care across intensive care units on a flexible staffing model. This is a backfill contract position created to support ongoing clinical operations.

Role Overview

• Float across ICU units to meet patient care needs and staffing requirements
• Deliver direct patient care in an intensive care environment
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical standards

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 3 shifts per week (3x12)
• 91-day contract
• Start date: September 28, 2026

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,080

What You Bring

• Current RN license
• Experience in intensive care preferred
• Flexibility and ability to transition between ICU settings
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
