Med/Surg RN Job in Harlingen, TX

Valley Baptist Medical Center–Harlingen is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 7:30 PM.

In this role, you will:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Provide supervision of delegated staff to ensure appropriate and safe patient care
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing care standards
• Monitor clinical staff competency and manage resources effectively to support optimal patient outcomes

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026. You will earn $1,866.24 weekly. Royal Blue scrubs are required.

You must hold a current RN license and be prepared to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this position.
