Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Day shift hours from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday
• On-call required for 2 weekends per contract (8 or 12 hours depending on staffing)
• Holiday call required: 1 summer and 1 winter holiday (8 or 12 hours depending on staffing)
• Must work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday (8 or 12 hours depending on staffing)
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Level I Trauma, Liver, and Kidney experience required
• Trauma Certification required with at least 2-3 years of Level I Trauma experience
• BSN required
• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers
• Previous charge experience required
• Scrub and circulate experience preferred
• May float to GI unit or Center One Surgery Center
• Charting system: Cerner
• Required certifications: BLS
• PA or compact nursing license required at time of submission
• Skills required include: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, ALIF, Anterior Cervical Fusion, Arteriovenous Fistula Repair, Carotid Angioplasty, Carotid Artery Stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Craniotomy, Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft, General OR, Gunshot/Stab Wounds, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Lumbar Fusion, MVA (Multiple Injuries), Scrub Arthroscopic and Orthopedic Surgeries, Spinal Fusion, Total Joint Replacement, Trauma, and XLIF
